Head bartender, Bystrik Uko, has specially curated a cocktail menu focused around a dedicated spirit of the month. The spirit of the month for August is The Botanist Gin. 3 uniquely crafted cocktails will be served on Gossip Night only; Berry Blue, a refreshing take on a classic G&T, consisting of blueberry marmalade, hibiscus, ginger flower and citrus for a flavourful cocktail; Thai Morning Fizz, a fresh, citrusy tipple made of lemongrass, lemon juice, soda and kaffir lime leaf; and The Botanist Gin and Tonic, the classic. Dîner de Fleurs is a private dinner inside The Orchid featuring the unique Dîner de Fleurs menu, which was designed to emulate the elements of nature and provide guests with a wholesome and unforgettable dining experience.

The exquisite Dîner de Fleurs presents eight courses of delectable delights paired with either alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are available. The meal will be served by a personal waiter. The offer is priced at SGD 200* per person. Pay an extra SGD 60* for an additional wine pairing. This experience promises to be unforgettable.
